Personas (DNA v2)
A persona is the reusable DNA that shapes a channel's output: voice settings, script style, visual style, and publish defaults.
Why personas
- Consistency. Every script and thumbnail for a channel inherits the same hook patterns, pacing, colour palette, and CTA framing.
- Reuse. Clone a persona across multiple channels in one click via the cockpit's bulk-apply.
- A/B. Spin up a second persona on the same channel to test a different tone or visual style.
Shape
voiceConfig: voice id, stability, similarity, style, speaker boost.scriptStyle: tone, pacingWPM, hookPatterns, signaturePhrases, bannedWords.visualStyle: bRollDensity, colorPalette, fontPair.publishConfig: title prefix, description footer, default tags.
Editing
Open the channel page, switch to the Persona tab, edit the four sections inline. The save propagates to all subsequent script + thumbnail generations.
Bulk-apply
From the cockpit, select N channels, click Apply persona, pick a persona. The system can either attach (point N channels at the existing persona) or clone (create N copies, one per channel) depending on the mode.
